Practical and professional

What we need from your venue

Because every site is different, we will discuss access, parking, the proposed animal area and your event timetable before confirming a booking. Suitable outdoor space is normally required, along with safe vehicle access for bringing the animals and equipment onto site.

Animal welfare comes first. The animals attending may change if weather, welfare or biosecurity considerations mean a different combination is more appropriate on the day.
